At times, despite your best efforts, your proposals will be rejected by top-performing affiliates. This happens to everyone, and you should not take it personally.

You need to keep in mind that just because a top-performing affiliate said “no” this time around does not mean he/she will say “no” every time you send a proposal, so don’t forget about that person the next time you create an affiliate for him/her to consider. And certainly, do NOT “burn that bridge” because he/she said “no.” In other words, don’t send an angry email over being rejected - that will almost certainly make sure that that top-performing affiliate will never promote any of your products in the future, which can only hurt your business and profits.

Realize that he/she may have rejected your proposal for reasons other than that it wasn’t a great proposal; the proposal itself may have been enticing, but the super affiliate may be promoting too many products at the moment to make sufficient time to effectively promote your product. Thereby, in this case, he/she would actually be doing you a favor - it won’t do you much good to recruit a top-performing affiliate who won’t be active in promoting your product.

The is to not overreact to a rejection of your proposal and to consider that top-performing affiliate in the future.
